Terms of Service
Last updated: August 13, 2026
1. What we do
PrepaidConcierge (“we,” “us”) provides a convenience service that lets you fund a single-use virtual payment card using a prepaid, gift, or other card, so you can pay merchants that do not accept your card directly. We are not a bank. Virtual cards are issued by our regulated card-issuing and banking partners.
2. How the service works
- You tell us the merchant and amount you want to pay.
- We charge your card for that amount plus our service fee through our payment processor.
- Once payment clears, we issue you a single-use virtual card, limited to your bill amount and locked to the merchant you named.
- You complete the payment to the merchant yourself.
3. Fees
Our service fee is disclosed to you before you pay and is added to the amount you load. Fees are earned when the virtual card is issued and are non-refundable except as described in Section 6.
4. Eligibility & acceptable use
You must be at least 18 and use the service only for lawful payments to legitimate merchants for your own obligations. You may not use the service for money laundering, to move funds you are not entitled to, to pay for prohibited or illegal goods, or to circumvent a merchant’s or card issuer’s rules. We may request identity verification and may refuse, hold, or reverse any transaction we believe is fraudulent, unauthorized, or non-compliant.
5. Card restrictions
Each virtual card is single-use, spend-limited, and locked to one merchant. It will decline elsewhere. You are responsible for entering the card details correctly and completing your payment before the card expires.
6. Refunds & failed payments
If a virtual card is never used, you may request a refund of the loaded amount, less non-recoverable processing costs and our service fee. If a merchant refunds the virtual card, we will return recovered funds to your original card where possible. We are not responsible for merchant disputes, late fees, or service interruptions on the merchant’s side.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback on funds you authorized and that were used to pay a merchant on your behalf may be treated as a breach of these terms. Talk to us first — we will work to resolve any issue.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fee you paid for the transaction at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. Questions: support@prepaidconcierge.com.
