• Payment data: your card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Automatically: basic device, log, and usage data to operate and secure the service.
• Verification data: where required by law or to prevent fraud, we may collect identity information.

2. How we use it

• To process your payment and issue your virtual card.
• To email you your card link and transaction updates.
• To prevent fraud and comply with legal and financial-crime rules.
• To provide support and improve the service.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that make the product work:

• Stripe — payment processing and card issuing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Our hosting and infrastructure providers.
• Law enforcement or regulators where legally required.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data retention

We keep transaction records as long as needed to run the service and to meet legal, tax, and anti-money-laundering obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

5. Security

Card details are handled by PCI-compliant partners and rendered in secure frames that bypass our servers. We use encryption in transit and access controls, but no system is perfectly secure.
