Questions

How is this legal / how do you issue cards?+

We don't issue cards ourselves — virtual Visa cards are issued through regulated banking partners via our card-issuing platform. We're the concierge layer that connects your prepaid card to a card the merchant accepts.

Why not just buy a gift card for the merchant?+

For places like Amazon you can. This is built for merchants that have no gift-card option and refuse prepaid cards — hosting providers, utilities, insurers, rent portals, and government fees.

Is the virtual card safe to use?+

Yes. Each card is single-use and locked to the one merchant you're paying, with a spending limit equal to your bill. It can't be reused or overcharged.

Which cards can I pay you with?+

Most prepaid Visa/Mastercard, gift cards with a billing ZIP registered, and Cash App card. If your card can be charged online at all, it should work here.

What if the payment fails on the merchant's site?+

The virtual card holds your funds until used. If something goes wrong we can reissue or refund the loaded amount minus unrecoverable processing costs.
